We are so pleased that you are considering bringing your group to Spring Mountain. Below you will find all of the information, forms, and procedures that you will need to run a smooth, successful, and most importantly, exciting group event!
1. At least two weeks prior to your trip, submit your Group Reservation form online along with your $100 deposit. If you would like to schedule less than two weeks ahead of time, please contact us either by sending us an email or calling 610-287-7900 – Ext. 0141 so that we can check availability of the date you are interested in.
2. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email with the rosters, liability forms & rental paperwork. The rosters & rental info should be returned by email at least one weeks prior to your event. Any changes made to the roster within a week of trip date can’t be guaranteed. You will be responsible to pay for the number of tickets you reserve even if you bring less people. Please make sure we have accurate numbers at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive with more people than reserved, we can not guarantee that tickets will be available.
Release of liability forms will be collected on the day of the event.
