When Spring Mountain must close for weather issues, all bookings will be refunded or rescheduled at your request. Notify us by phone or email, 3 days or more in advance of booking to reschedule or get a refund. Cancellations within 3 days of your scheduled booking will not be refunded & there will be a $10 fee to reschedule. We do sell out quite often so please notify us immediately of any scheduling changes. This policy is for single day events only – please see the refund policy for all programs on the program pages.
